Position: Business Application Systems Manager

Location:  Shanghai

Manage the MIS function at Shanghai, supervising the Business System section in the ERP system implementation and support as well as application system development.

Job Description:  

• Responsible for supervising a team of staff in system implementation, support and application development.
• Provide guidance as well as hands-on involvement in the implementation, development and support of Oracle ERP system and other in-house developed systems. In particular, in the area of Oracle ERP, must have core competence in some of the following modules:
• Inventory management
• Order Management
• Procurement
• Bills of Material/Engineering
• Forecasting and Material Requirement Planning
• Work Order Management
• Perform different roles related to ERP system, such as project manager, implementation lead and implementer.
• Supervise and ensure timeline and quality of deliverables are achieved according to project plan and objectives.
• Responsible for the delivery of IT services to users at various offices in China in accordance to agreed service levels.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience involving supervision of IT personnel
• Work experience within manufacturing environment involved with implementation/support of Oracle ERP system
• 5 – 7 Oracle ERP implementation and support experience in the functional areas of :

Position:  System Analyst / Programmer

Location:  Shanghai

Provide implementation and support for business systems that are Customer Facing. This includes systems such as e-Commerce and Customer Support. Involved in analysis, design, system testing and documentation of new business systems as well as maintain and enhance application systems to meet business requirements.

Job Description:  

• Prepares system/program specifications
• Analyses system/program specifications and performs detailed design of functional modules
• Codes new programs or modifies application packages
• Document program design or modifications following MIS standards
• Perform analysis, design and review ofuser specifications
• Test programs to minimize application processing errors
• Create test data and documents test results for integration tests and systems tests
• Perform system tests to ensure system meets users’ specification
• Perform migration of applications from development to testing, training and implementing
• Maintain existing systems:

This person will support the development of reports, interfaces and customization for Oracle ERP 11i. This is a technical position which requires the person to have good programming experience working on Oracle Developer tools such as Oracle Report, Oracle Forms and PL SQL.

Job Description:

• Costing
• Account Receivables, Payables, General Ledger and Fixed assets
• Work with key users to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Conduct product walkthrough, perform requirement mapping/gap analysis, establish and document the to be process for implementation
• Conduct Conference Room Pilot, User Acceptance Tests for related modules & reports
• Provide functional program designs and specifications for interfaces and customizations
• Create test data and test plans with key users and coordinate testing to ensure the end to end processes work in accordance to user requirements
• Perform application migration, training and implementation of systems developed
• Provide functional support for the ERP and related subsystems
• Provide deliverables within agreed timeline and quality expectations
