Manage the MIS function at Shanghai, supervising the Business System section in the ERP system implementation and support as well as application system development.
Job Description:
- Responsible for supervising a team of staff in system
implementation, support and application development.
- Provide guidance as well as hands-on involvement in
the implementation, development and support of Oracle ERP system and other
in-house developed systems. In particular, in the area of Oracle ERP, must
have core competence in some of the following modules:
- Inventory management
- Order Management
- Procurement
- Bills of Material/Engineering
- Forecasting and Material Requirement Planning
- Work Order Management
- Perform different roles related to ERP system, such
as project manager, implementation lead and implementer.
- Supervise and ensure timeline and quality of
deliverables are achieved according to project plan and objectives.
- Responsible for the delivery of IT services to users at various offices in China in accordance to agreed service levels.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant

Provide implementation and support for business systems that are Customer Facing. This includes systems such as e-Commerce and Customer Support. Involved in analysis, design, system testing and documentation of new business systems as well as maintain and enhance application systems to meet business requirements.
Job Description:
- Prepares system/program specifications
- Analyses system/program specifications and performs
detailed design of functional modules
- Codes new programs or modifies application packages

MIS standards

prepare functional specifications
- Conduct product walkthrough, perform requirement
mapping/gap analysis, establish and document the to be process for

- Conduct Conference Room Pilot, User Acceptance Tests
for related modules & reports
- Provide functional program designs and specifications
for interfaces and customizations
- Create test data and test plans with key users and
coordinate testing to ensure the end to end processes work in accordance to
user requirements
- Perform application migration, training and
implementation of systems developed
- Provide functional support for the ERP and related
subsystems
