We are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Support Specialist who will provide software, firmware, and communications interface support for our software customer base.  This support will specifically entail receiving, troubleshooting, documenting, resolving or escalating issues, which are received via electronic or telephone submission.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

·High quality Level-2 support to internal personnel and external customers
·Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, including identification of root issues and proper utilization of tools and resources
·Close attention to detail and follow-through
·Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills
·Very high quality communication skills with good English
·Identify and clearly report software defects
·Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
·Flexible schedule (may be asked to work varied shifts)

Experience needed:
·In depth SQL Database knowledge and Intermediate Oracle Database knowledge
·Technical Documentation skills
·Understanding of all support Microsoft operating systems and office applications
·Active Directory and LDAP
·IIS
·COM
·Web Services
·NET experience is a must, e.g. VB.net/ASP.net/C# (You will troubleshoot code as well as write codes)
