Master of Information Technology

(Special program in Shanghai)

This course is a special offering of the course that has been very well received not only in Australia but in many other countries around the world. Currently we have students in special programs of the course from Hong Kong (since 1993), Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and India.

The course has accreditation with the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the professional body that accredits all Australian IT courses. It is accredited at the highest professional level and graduates of the course are eligible to apply for ACS membership.

The award is the Master of Information Technology and this is identical to that which students in Australia receive when studying this course

Admission

In order to be admitted into this special intake of the course you must have three things:

1. A recognised undergraduate degree – preference is given to those with IT qualifications

2. At least 3 years recognised experience in the IT industry

3. An English language capability that has been tested (IELTS 6.0 or better. CSU does accept other tests such as TOEFL in place of IELTS)
