Gain an understanding of completing the Global Materials Management Operations Guideline/Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE) self-assessment as well as generate action plans to address the identified gaps to meet these world-class standards.

QAD customers Akebono (US) and Lear (Europe) will be discussing their organizations incorporation of the Global Materials Management Operations Guideline/Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE) self-assessment into their materials management processes with customers and suppliers. The Global MMOG/LE is a continuous improvement tool, which is a criterion for being considered word-class in materials management. They will be discussing their MMOG/LE implementation strategies and the results of their approaches using the QAD product suite and service offering. Additionally, this session will discuss the future direction of MMOG/LE to provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and to ready suppliers in China.
