To lead a team of Software Engineers, DBA’s and System Engineers. Be responsible for the teams P & L, and to develop the skill needed to tackle the demands from our customers. Report directly to Consulting Services Director for IFS China.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required. Master degree in related discipline preferred.

- Analyse and understand business requirements and develop a concept for a development solution
- Strong Oracle experience
- Experience in integrated ERP system
- Programming languages like C, C++, Java, .Net, PL/SQL
- Technical knowledge on integration between disparate systems
- Previous experience in consulting environment.
- Enjoy learning new technologies and incorporating them in solution design
- Work efficiently in a highly team oriented environment
- Like challenges and don’t mind working under pressure
　

Prior experience in business application software sales, consulting implementation and industry expertise required, preferably in Automotive industry vertical or ERP selling environment in one of the following disciplines:
Manufacturing: Production Planning, Control and Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, related manufacturing disciplines
Materials Management: Inventory, Warehouse, Quality Management and Purchasing.

Experience in demonstrating and presenting business solutions to customers and prospects utilizing needed PC competencies required. Experience in direct presales within team selling environment desired.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required. MBA or masters degree in related discipline preferred.

Experience in demonstrating and presenting business solutions to customers and prospects utilizing needed PC competencies required. Experience in direct presales within team selling environment desired.
