Position : Support Consultant ---Finance (1, Shanghai)
 
Job description:
-Log incoming call or emails as case
-Answer customer's question or solve their problems.
-Acting both as first line and second line support, troubleshooting
-Patch coordinator

Prior experience in finance module implementation
preferably as an accountant in a sector industry vertical
Good English spoken& Writing English, Japanese as second language is preferred.
PL/SQL debug ability is preferred
Good communicate skill

Education:
Bachelor's degree.
