Vodafone和Cingular在收购AT&T中互相较劲

AMTeam.org消息：沃达丰集团(Vodafone Group) 正和美国第二大移动运营商Cingular Wireless在收购AT&T中展开一场价格战，最终的收购结果可能会在2周后见分晓。

Vodafone和Cingular都开出了350亿美元的收购价。这一收购本来应该在上周五结束的，但是一直僵持到现在，AT&T说他们可能重新展开新一轮的报价。不过Nextel Communications 和NTT DoCoMo已经退出了竞价。

Vodafone旗下的Verizon Wireless是美国最大的移动运营商，Vodafone拥有Verizon Wireless 45%的股票。如果Vodafone成功收购AT&T，它将必须放弃Verizon Wireless的部分股票。

Cingular是SBC Communications 和BellSouth的合资企业。
