Responsibilities:

— Provide implementation of Exact ERP and e-Business products in line with business needs
— Manage projects and ensure the timely and cost effective delivery of a project or customer requirements
— Be able to diagnose customer problems, develop solutions and communicate them effectively to customer
— Identify and resolve system operating problems in order to provide continuous business operation
— Document system processes and configuration

Requirements:

— Degree holder in Computer Science, Accounting or equivalent discipline
— At least 3 years consulting experience (ideally with a major global software consulting company)
— Overall understanding of ERP, CRM and/or e-business software products
— 5 years plus industry experience
— Strong project management skills would be an advantage
— Self-starter, collaborative, creative, pragmatic and customer orientation
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Excellent command of written English and Chinese
— Good command of spoken English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

— Acquiring and constantly increasing knowledge of Exact products and support skills
— Handle more difficult situations like customer complain
— Assist and mentor Customer Support colleagues 
— Using and updating internal phone logging systems to allow visibility of the support activities at all times 
— Following the support escalation structure set out within Exact Software to ensure quality service to customers at all times. 
— Inform proactively the customer support manager of escalating situations 
— Providing support advice up to board level, informing colleagues as to the status and progress of support issues, ensuring high quality of internal co-ordination and excellent overall service to the customer. 
— Monitoring customers and phone history to give pro active input for actions to prevent the support pressure

Requirements:

— Degree holder in Computer Accounting, Management Information System or equivalent discipline
— Minimum 3 years experience as Customer Support role, prefer in ERP industry.
— Knowledge of business finance, manufacturing, distribution and operation
— Excellent communication skills in difficult situations e.g. complaints
— Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
— Be able to work highly independent
— Ability to guide colleagues
— Ability to work in a project-oriented manner, prefer to have ERP implementation project experience. 
— Highly service minded, service-oriented
— Excellent command of written English and Chinese
