MSXML SDK 3.0 Release 

The Microsoft? XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 SDK includes header and .lib files, and documentation for the MSXML 3.0 Release. The MSXML 3.0 SDK now includes documentation for server-safe HTTP access, XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations)/XPath (XML Path Language), and SAX2 (Simple API for XML). This SDK also provides several improvements over the MSXML 2.5 SDK including language filtering; improved code samples in Microsoft JScript?, Microsoft Visual Basic?, and C++; and links to utilities you can use for creating XML applications.

When you install the MSXML 3.0 SDK, the files are installed by default in the \Program Files\Microsoft XML Parser SDK folder on your computer.

Notes

To install the MSXML SDK, you must have the Microsoft Windows? Installer on your computer. If you are running Windows NT? 4.0, Windows 98, or Windows 95, you must first update your Windows Installer to version 1.1. If you are running Windows 2000, you already have this and there is no need to reinstall.

Download the Windows Installer Redistributable for Windows 95 and Windows 98.

Download the Windows Installer Redistributable v 1.1 for Windows NT 4.0 (x86).

After the Windows Installer is installed on your computer, you can download the MSXML SDK.
