目标：
- 负责组织公司的技术开发和实施；
- 领导技术部门选择合理的开发路线和实施方案；
- 主持公司基于web的管理软件（销售管理软件，仓储管理软件，采购管理软件，预测分析和生产计划管理软件，财务管理软件，ERP系统，CRM系统）技术产品的开发；
- 保障公司产品技术的开发周期、稳定运行和升级换代。
主要职责：
- 建立、稳定并发展公司的技术开发团队；
- 在Unix和Windows 2000平台上组织以Java为基础的服务器应用软件；
- 主持技术开发，组织需求分析、确定技术结构设计；
- 制订技术开发规程，组织开发过程，保障产品开发进度和结果 ；
- 为其它部门完成开发提供完整的支持；
- 保障产品运行的稳定性；
- 主管技术开发工程师、项目经理和销售工程师的培训，技术交流。
资历与经验：
- 有成功的技术产品开发案例与产品项目组织开发历史；
- 熟悉技术类人才的人力资源管理。
专业素质：
- 精通面对对象设计理论与实践，在设计模式上有深度造诣；
- 有项目管理、UML等方法的工程经验；
- 精通Windows和Unix下的Java/C++的互联网应用编程；
- 在Beans/EJB、Jbuilder/JDBC & Database support、HTML/JSP、XML、WebSphere、Weblogic,J2EE,
Linux、Sun Solaris、Servlet、e-Commerce solution方面有充分的工程经验和大型系统的组建历史。

|
Our Java developers enjoy an extremely challenging environment,
both in terms of intellectual challenge and in meeting the short time to mark
our clients’ requirement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years in object oriented design and development (preferably
Java/J2EE)
- Minimum 1+ years in commercial software development
- Experience in working with a team to develop software solutions
- Experience in 3-tier architecture Experience using popular
languages such as Java with C++ a plus
- Any experience in RDB (Oracle, SQL server, Sybase Adaptive
Server) and Middleware (CORBA, COM+, TP Monitor, MOM and applications
- servers) is a plus
- Must have university degrees. Higher level of education preferred
- Must have excellent teamwork attitude, organization skills,
excellent communication skills, and a strong command of English
- Prior experience working in European or US firms a strong plus

| Position Description:
Account Manager is responsible for leading a team of Technical
Representatives and telesales Representations to achieve team goals, including
Account Planning and Development, Revenue Attainment, Territory Development
& Growth, Customer Success, and Employee Development, Biz Basics.
Requirement:
- University Degree, major in Computer Science or Electric Engineering
- At least 2yrs major Acct. sales experience in multinational
Company
- Proved track record of execution
- Experience of people management
- Knowledge of software R&D process
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design Methodology
is plus
