A Buyer's Guide to Service Level Agreements for Application Service
Provisioning (PDF) This document provides an overview of the importance of
developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). It defines the purpose of an SLA,
the types of information it should contain, whether a single SLA will cover all
aspects of the service received from an ASP, and more. It was developed by the
Consortium's Best Practices Committee (SLA Team) to educate end users of ASP
services on the importance of utilizing SLAs .
