working with an ASP. It defines the term ASP, discusses the benefits of working
with an ASP, and suggests questions to ask when choosing an ASP (concerning data
centers, operations, service level agreements, software and hardware, and
costs). It was developed by the Consortium's Best Practices Committee to educate
